8. Address Changes

  • Address changes are allowed only before the order is shipped.

  • Once dispatched, we cannot modify the delivery address.

9. Undelivered or Returned Shipments

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address, refusal to accept, or failed delivery attempts may be reshipped at the customer’s expense or refunded after deducting shipping charges.
